Client Care
In 2024, GAIN launched a comprehensive Client Care program designed to address our clients’ most critical basic needs and create a framework that leads to greater safety and stability as they build new lives here in Georgia. Our clients often have needs that go beyond their legal case, and we provide individualized assistance through initial case assessments, crisis management support, and confidential referrals for additional legal and social services. Most importantly, we ensure that each client is better supported in between legal updates, and that the Client Care team can collaborate with the Legal team to support outreach activities, community events, and the distribution of essential resources—such as clothing, food, and gas gift cards—as needed.
