Our Work
Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and empowering immigrant survivors of crime and persecution. Through free immigration legal services and holistic support, GAIN assists over 2,000 clients and their family members annually, helping them navigate complex legal processes and build stable futures in the United States.
Legal Representation
Since 2005, GAIN has provided direct legal representation and pro bono referrals to Atlanta’s legal community, primarily assisting asylum seekers and immigrant survivors of crime in Georgia. Learn more.

In 2024, GAIN launched a comprehensive Client Care program designed to address our clients’ most critical basic needs and create a framework that leads to greater safety and stability as they build new lives here in Georgia. Learn more.
