Our purpose is to provide quality pro bono legal representation to asylum seekers and immigrant victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault and other crimes through direct representation and pro bono referrals.

Since its beginning, the United States has been a haven for those fleeing persecution from their home countries. Many of these individuals are further victimized upon their arrival in the U.S.

The Georgia Asylum & Immigration Network provides direct legal representation and pro bono referrals to individuals seeking asylum, T-Visa, U-Visa, or VAWA relief by matching their cases with volunteer attorneys in the metro-Atlanta community.

GAIN acknowledges the need to advocate on behalf of these individuals and to empower them to lead self-sustaining lives by providing them quality legal representation.

For our clients

GAIN attorneys represent and assist clients in preparing for hearings to determine their eligibility for asylum and in further legal proceedings to advocate for asylum status.
