Director of Development

GAIN is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Development to spearhead GAIN’s fundraising efforts and oversee a complex annual fundraising plan raising $2.2 million annually, including private foundation and federal grants, special events, corporate and organizational giving, and a growing individual giving program. Successful candidates will have 5+ years’ experience and demonstrate the skills necessary to motivate giving and involvement, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and guide growth strategies. Asylum Staff Attorney

GAIN is seeking a full-time immigration attorney for its Asylum Program. The attorney will be responsible for providing legal services to immigrant survivors, with a particular focus on asylum-seekers. A Juris Doctor degree, admission to the bar of any state in the U.S., and 1-3 years of experience practicing immigration law required. Georgia bar admission, Spanish or other second language fluency, and affirmative and defensive asylum experience preferred. Program Manager

GAIN is seeking a full-time Program Manager who will support the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of direct client services and initiatives, including legal clinics and workshops, presentations, and community outreach events. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and be able to represent GAIN with important stakeholders such as law firm pro bono managers, law schools, and community partners. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. Experience with non-profit organizations, including federal grant management, and working with immigrant communities, highly preferred. Grants Compliance Manager

GAIN is seeking a full-time Grants Compliance Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of reporting and compliance related to our government grants. This includes collecting and organizing documentation for reimbursement filings, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and coordinating with various government entities. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in grant management, including reporting and compliance, required. Bilingual Case Manager

GAIN is seeking a full-time Case Manager to support our work on behalf of asylum seekers and immigrant victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual assault. The Case Manager will serve as the first point of contact for all GAIN clients, conducting intakes, screening for eligibility, and making referrals, in addition to maintaining ongoing communications with clients and their legal teams to provide continuity of care. A Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, or equivalent work and volunteer experience, and fluency in a second language (Spanish preferred) required.
