Make a difference for a GAIN client family this holiday season with our gift card drive.
Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide free immigration legal services to victims of crime and persecution. Our clients are asylum-seekers and immigrant survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, and other crimes, and they have been hard-hit by the COVID-19 pandemic and its economic consequences. Help make an impact for our resilient clients by sending a $25 gift card for our client families this year.
Traditionally, GAIN hosts a toy drive for our Client Appreciation Event each December. We offer our clients a shopping-like experience so that their children can pick out gifts for themselves and each other. Unfortunately, that event won’t be possible this year, but our clients need assistance.
To participate in our gift card drive, simply send one or more $25 gift cards from Walmart, Kroger, and Target to GAIN by Friday, December 18th. Here’s how:
- Please send your gift cards in $25 increments. If you wish to give more, please send multiple cards.
- To donate an e-gift card, please set the recipient email to be clientfund@georgiaasylum.org.
- To coordinate a physical gift card donation, please contact Abby Nape at anape@georgiaasylum.org.
- Please note that gift card donations are not tax-deductible. To make a tax deductible donation, simply click donate at the top of our website page.
